Marie is a 70 year old woman no longer able to care for her 50 year old son, who has an intellectual disability.

The Department of Human Services has a place for him in a community residential unit, but it is located 400km away in another part of the state. Marie is afraid to turn down the department?s offer but is desperately unhappy about the proposal.
